This is the most critical term regarding your use of the Site. Information regarding venues (opening hours, entry fees, dress codes, line-ups) and events is subject to frequent change by the third-party organizers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the validity of any listing.

Zero Liability for Changes

We are not liable if a venue is closed, an event is cancelled, or if entry prices differ from those listed. You are solely responsible for verifying details directly with the venue.

No Warranty

The content is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

A. Our Content

The Site's design, source code, "look and feel," and original editorial content (blog posts, curated "best of" lists, photos taken by us) are owned by ComoLocal and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Venue names, logos, and event imagery used on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We use them for identification and informational purposes only.
